Other laws also protect employees from discrimination. These other laws include but are not limited to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
